HOW TO WRITE AN ATTRACTIVE C.V. THAT CAN EASILY GET YOU A JOB.

Do you know every day employers are presented with c.v.s that they rarely have time to read?.Thats why as a prospective job seeker you should know that with such large number of documents the employers only look for C.Vs with outstanding content and then throw away the rest.

You should therefore make sure that you look at the following aspects your C.Vs before you present to a prospective employer:

1)Write the c.v from the emloyers perspective.
What the prospective employer want to know is whether you can add value to the company-can the employer make more money or cut costs by employing you? The aim is to emphasize the benefit the company stands to gain by hiring you. Therefore, the bottomline is to underscore your business value to the employer on your C.V.

2)Start with a well thought-out summary to capture the interest of the prospective employer.
Your introduction should be rich on qualifications put in the executive summary part of the C.V.,the purpose being to help the prospective employer to find three to five greatest strengths that communicates about your abilities.

3)The job advertizements should match the content of your C.V.,
Previous job experience should be placed skillfully to match the requirements of the job advertizement. You may say 'but I have never worked before', but remember any experience however meagre can be wooven into the C.V,to produce very successful results.

4)Proof read and edit the C.V.
Make sure you proof read the C.v for typographical and other errors before presentation. And remember to include only information that add value to to your resume'.So you have a masters degree, why then make a big deal in your C.V about the many primary schools you attended in your C.V? Make the C.V brief and to the point. Two page does it.

5)While you may try to make the C.V look gorgeous be carefull lest you run the risk of appearing to cover up your inadequacies with use of graphics. C.Vs heavy on graphics may look unproffessional.
