How often do you meet employees who admit they are trully excited about their jobs? It is very rare.The perfect job is very elusive for many.

Research has shown that only 30 percent of employees in kenya had been exposed to the right circumstances that enabled them to make the right career decisions early in life.They were the few who stood the high chances to get the job that matched their aspirations.

The other thing is to be a valuable employee.You become a valuable employee by adding value to your employer.Dont be dull,you were employed because of your skills and abilities and always remember employers hate non visible employees.Give useful inputs in meetings.If your input is good that sends a very positve message to your bosses for more interesting assignments.

The point again is while the grass can appear to be very green on the other side, remember to make the best out of what you currently have untill you reach that other side.
